Pan-India
PGS Organic Council - Market Access for Farmer Collectives offers a database of approved list of farmers who have produce to offer.

Leap Club offers its services as a gift to any local organic business, community-initiative, farmers collective, producer group to list their products and needs online, facilitate door deliveries; specially favours game-changing enterprises that are transparent about their pricing structures, sourcing, work ethics and environmental impact.

Chennai
Green Embryo collects fresh fruits (bananas, watermelons, muskmelons) from farmers around Chennai and delivers to homes.

Gurgaon
Gurgaon Farmers Market is a community project connecting the local residents and organic farmers of Gurgaon.

Hyderabad
ConFarm is an initiative by Deccan Development Society connecting farmers with urban consumers, who also fund the farming

North-East 
Farm2Food is training adolescents as Poshan Leaders, helping them set up homestead gardens.

Pune
Good by Nature (an initiative by BAIF) lists farmers and their fresh produce available, which will be directly delivered to organisations feeding the hungry.
